How the world has changed! I’ve now been conducting piano lessons online for most of the year and to my delight I’ve discovered that piano is one of those things that translates extremely well to the online format BUT it really helps to get the setup correct. You can get started with a very simple setup and of course take it to the next level with microphones, headsets and midi connections.
All Pianos Are Not Created Equal
There are many things to consider when starting out with Piano Lessons. First and foremost is that you’ll need an instrument to practise on. This may sound obvious however a piano is an investment and many people want to try lessons before they commit to an instrument. While this is understandable there are several reasons why this is flawed logic.
